Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by emailing kblings.sales@gmail.com. Approved cancellations are eligible for store credit.

Send an unboxing video within 24 hrs to request a replacement. Without the video, we won’t be able to assist.

Exchanges allowed once per order, for the same product only, if available. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.

❌ Customised items, sale items, or orders made using vouchers are not exchangeable.

✅ Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

Email us within 48 hrs of delivery. A repacking video is required. Two-way shipping charges apply.

If eligible, refunds are processed within 4–6 working days to the original payment method.
